Neil Crowson found this out after developing a series of well-received e-learning programmes for IKEA. Traditionally, learning experiences have been designed using a simplistic approach: objectives are defined, a specification drawn up, and a product emerges at the end of a linear process. But in the real world, high value learning problems are often so complex that such processes can deliver inadequate, unsuccessful end products.
